A Note about our Subs:
"All of our subs are made on our homemade Italian bread. We offer two different sizes. Our regular size is 6 inches and is plenty filling with a fair amount of meats and cheeses. We also offer an extra large footlong that offers double everything. This is extremely filling. The toppings we offer include: mayo, yellow mustard, brown mustard, homemade ranch sauce, homemead chipotle mayo sauce, vinegar, and oil.
We have a variety of toppings to choose from such as: lettuce, tomato, onion, green pepper, pickle, banana peppers, black olives, jalapenos, and our extremely delicious homemade hot giardiniera (Giardiniera is a Chicago favorite, if you like spicy peppers this is just for you. It is so good!)
We toast all of our Italian beef sandwiches as well as our oven baked grinders. We usually serve our cold classic subs not toasted. You can choose to toast any of them. However, we recommend keeping the number #10 and #15 cold for sure. When you heat up mortadella (Italian bologna) it over powers the flavor of the sandwich. We don't prefer it that way. Also, if you choose, we can leave one of the oven grinders cold (not toasted.)"
