I have tried about a dozen subs and they have all been exceptional. So glad that the new McAllister's that went up right in front of it didn't put them out of business. The samwich was the best I've had of an Italian. The meats were a great combination but the ingredients were exceptionally fresh. The tomato which is always subpar on sub sandwiches was fresh and juicy. The bread had a perfect blend of softness but didn't fall apart from the juices inside of the tomato, garidinera, and vinegar and oil mixture.

In fact my bag of chips were hardly touched!

I really appreciate the passion they put into their subs. We went to McAllisters and it sucked! No personal attention. The service was as good as the screwed up orders at McDonalds so we will NOT go back to McAllisters and we will definitely be frequenting Bubs Subs from now on.

I ordered one El Nino sandwich, and it was fantastic. The girl taking my order was friendly and helpful, as it had been a while (maybe 2-3 years) since I analyzed their menu. I believe that, at one time or another, I tried every sandwich I'd consider ordering, so just went back for the classic.

The sandwich? First, tasty beef! Second, fresh made bread. Third, 'home made' giardiniera, which is probably one of the best I've had!

So, a good crew serving good food in a clean restaurant. Winner! read less
